I'm a therapist. I recommend this to other therapists looking for a concise workbook to go through with clients. It lays out the CBT steps well by being memorable for therapists and simple for clients. I recommend this to folks experiencing symptoms of GAD, PD, MDD, social anxiety disorder, and specific phobia(s). It does not cover OCD and I don't think it's helpful for ADHD though it makes appropriate book recommendations for the latter.

Very easy to read breakdown of CBT in simple steps. I didn’t do all the exercises, but the ones I took the time to do properly were extremely helpful. Not everything mentioned was useful to me (thanks, ADHD!), but it was very helpful to understand behaviors, thoughts and just to draw strategies and find topics to discuss in therapy from this book.
