So, so good. I wish I'd read this as a kid, to help repair my relationship with food and with exercise way sooner. An excellent read, and important for anyone who believes there might be something to strength training after all, and they need a little encouragement.

Lower score if I could give it. Sexist and fatphobic.

Clear, concise and loaded with helpful information. I'm excited to start the program on Monday and may come back and share my results.

Love it, love it, love it! I can't wait to get started! Lou breaks everything down into logical terms, talking in a conversational style that doesn't talk down to people who know more or go over the head of someone who might know less.

The inspirational stuff is nothing new but the workout is pretty challenging. I liked it!

I found some great take always in this book-- both in nutrition and in weight lifting.

Loved most of the workouts. They got a bit strange towards the end. The diet advice was worthless. Not a super enjoyable read. Just skim it and skip to the end for some effective weightlifting.

Ladies, this is a great investment if you're looking to get in better shape and you feel overwhelmed about what book to read. It costs less than a latte.
