Poco meno di 3 stelle!
Quella ragazza mi fa incazzare come una iena!! Spero che il terzo sia migliore, anche se non so se lo leggerò! Prima voglio sapere come va a finire la trilogia, poi deciderò!

I am not a fan of love triangles but I am a fan of Aprilynne Pike's love triangles. I knew that as soon as this series came out I would want to read it because I read her Wings series and absolutely loved it. She just has a way of coming up with these ideas that are completely new and I welcome them with open arms. Like I said, I like her love triangles because the main characters ends up choosing the right guy. Or at least the guy I'm rooting for.

After reading Earthbound I wasn't too pumped but this book definitely did give the series a little boost which some authors struggle to do once they hit a middle book. It has been a while since I've read the first book so a lot of the details were fuzzy for me and though she did try to bring up what happened at the beginning it just didn't make things much clearer.

I think the wait for the next book will be worth it.

I didn’t find myself enjoying this one as much as I liked Earthbound. It seemed more… predictable.

Tavia and Logan are in Curatoria headquarters. It is there that they meet Daniel, the leader of the Curatoria. Daniel wants Tavia’s help to stop the virus devastating the planet, or at least to help create a vaccine.

It is also at Curatoria headquarters that Tavia learns the true extent of the traumatic brain injury (TBI) she received during the plane crash. She also realizes the full implications of what that means for her… and Logan.

This book does have a love triangle that I didn’t really like. To be completely honest, I couldn’t get behind either boy. Logan is the fated, destined, immortal lover Tavia is bound to. Benson is the boy human Tavia fell for before all the Earthbound stuff came up. Both of them do things that I didn’t like. I didn’t really care much about either but I did feel a bit bad for Logan a few times.

Anyway, I guess there is a third book in this series but I’m not entirely sure I want to read it. I’m pretty sure I can guess the ending of the series already. With that said, I did enjoy this book as it did entertain me.

This book jumped in the bandwagon with the other YA novels when Tavia kept bouncing back and forth between Logan and Benson. I just wanted her to make a decision on which boy she wanted! It was aggravating and didn't help much with the plot. Benson betrayed you, get over him already!
The writing style was good otherwise, but it was just so FRUSTRATING!!
