This book is revolutionary. Everyone needs to read it! And I think if everyone did then a lot would change about our food system. It's completely opened my eyes to the realities of UPF and left me disgusted and at times horrified, but in the best way. Like the author and his twin brother, I have decided to drastically cut down on the amount of UPF in my diet, something we all need to do for better health, social equity and long-term sustainability. It's changed my life and may just change yours too!
