recipes are pretty basic but i was very pleased with how many of them are AIP friendly!
Wolf appreciates the work of Dr. Jason Fung which I like to see. He backs off of strict Paleo diets in this book. It seems at first like an excuse to make readers purchase another book, but there is good new advice here. Wolf asks readers to test food tolerance and only add back what works for you. He also highlights the importance of sleep hygiene and its link to daytime food cravings.

Wired to Eat has me Wired!
I gave this book a five star because it is explains well the reasons we overeat and the science that shows how our bodies actually work. I enjoy Robb's straightforward and often humorous way of delivering his message. I have a number of health issues and an autoimmune disorder. I have followed a Paleo plan on the past with great success then fell off the bandwagon and gained back all the weight I'd lost and sicker yet. Very different discouraging. But I have started the Paleo plan again with the insights of this book and a refresher read of the Paleo Solution and am looking forward to better health! Thanks Robb, well done :)

This was my first introduction to the industry of Robb Wolf, "ancestral health expert" and well-known in the paleo community. He looks at food and health from the engineering perspective, like me, and I found much in this book that resonated.
I liked the Food Matrix idea of dividing your cooking ingredients into (1) protein, (2) vegetable, (3) fat, and (4) spice.
He mentions the microbiome without much detail.
