This should be mandatory reading for everyone. After reading this book I will be implementing some changes in my life, in order to make sure I get the benefits of enough sleep most of the time. Everyone knows sleep is good for you, but I doubt most people know the extent to which you can shorten your own life by not sleeping enough, how massively you increase the risk of serious physical and mental problems by not prioritizing sleep. I definitely see the irony now of late night study sessions before exams, when our cognitive abilities are significantly reduced by just one night of not getting enough sleep.

I will not shut up about this book. Everyone please read it.
