I hated that he didn’t address new-parent sleep deprivation at all. Very convincing about the importance of sleep but not at all helpful.

It was pretty boring. Interesting points about dreams and REM. It went back to the library before I could finish but I’ll get it back in a couplea months to complete and ponder.
