A hard read but super inspiring and eye opening about the way trauma affects people and different ways to cope with intense trauma. Not a fix all to problems but a great place to start in order to rebuild your mental health.

It’s straight up a triggering piece however the information surround the different types of trauma and trauma manage was still a valuable take from this.
