Phenomenal self help book, wasn't like the rest I have read. It didn't just say don't be sad. Love the toolkits and prompts. Would recommend for anyone whose ready for real change and can absorb the book how it was meant to be.

For a book that’s all encompassing, this one manages to offer excellent, short, and useful tips. It’s worth keeping on a shelf for frequent reference. It could use even more activities or ideas for work; it’s still excellent.

Should be a compulsory read: easily readable, explains in enough detail but not too much, useful tips, informative but not patronising, every word was of value.

There were a lot of good tips but nothing too mind blowing. And sometimes it felt like the same things said over and over again. Dispite that I would still recommend this book.
