Did enjoyed the small book about how to handle stress but it was a lot of information and kinda hard to grasp. Super science based.

This is a surprisingly good and rather unique book containing many strategies for managing a lifestyle which is constantly under stress. It covers food, exercise, pleasure, addiction, social interaction, and much more. Definitely recommended.

Very informative but felt hopeless afterwards. Make sure you fast in morning because that may reduce inflammation but don't if it can cause more inflammation, make sure to get your vitamin d but don't get skin cancer being in the sun so don't wear sunscreen until you need to then you should definitely wear your sunscreen, get your exercise done early unless it's bad for you then do it later, maybe eat before unless you are insulin resistant then don't but you should and so on and on....I still don't know what to do and have mild decision fatigue, but it was a very informative book and I could see how it could be very helpful to others who are aware of the body's inner workings better than me.

I have never in my life yelled at a girl like this. When my mother yells like this it's because she loves me. I was rooting for you, we were all rooting for you! How dare you! Learn something from this! When you go to bed at night, you lay there and you take responsibility for yourself - because nobody's going to take responsibility for you.

(an un-actionable, bio-optimization, wellness culture for rich people porridge of words from start to finish. People who can walk 90 minutes a day, afford a cow for noctournal REM sleep milk, and sauna out their depresh were never stressed to begin with.)
