A very interesting book! I learned a ton about sleep and definitely started going to bed earlier as a result. But it reads quite long-winded sometimes and some of the results are a little hand wavy about the difference between correlation and causation.

This was a lot of things I already knew, backed up by multiple sleep studies and reinforced by a knowledgeable voice. Plus some common sense. It has made me more aware of what I am and am not doing to give myself opportunities for sleep.
