Hmmm. I liked the plot, but some things just went way too fast. Marriage? After a month?? Alrighty then. But I’m a sucker for feel good, so hello three stars.

A light-hearted rom-com set in New York city was all I needed in this time of year and this delivered!
The writing and the characters are great and I didn't expect to enjoy it this much. There was a lot of funny moments and other moments that had me curling my toes from excitement. It was a very close 5-stars read and then the book ended abruptly. There was no epilogue and I just felt as if the last chapter ended at a weird point and that there's was something else that needed to be said.
Either way it was a really entertaining read and I'm looking forward to read the rest of the books in this universe <3

This was a fun, sweet, summer read. I love Jake and Paige – the main characters. While this is a romance, it’s not just about the relationship between the hero and heroine, but also about friendships and the relationship between siblings. The main characters are well developed and very relatable. This story made me laugh at times.

While I enjoyed this story and will continue with the series, I wanted more from this story. Jake is gun-shy when it comes to relationships, and while it’s discussed it wasn’t fully explored – there were unanswered questions left.

I listened to the book on audio and the narrator wasn’t bad. The narrator didn’t add or take anything away regarding the story.

I misteri dell’editoria italiana…

A very sweet start to the series. Although at times the British terminology thrown into the writing pulled me out of the New York setting, it wasn’t something that ruined the book for me. I’m glad I found another contemporary romance I could get into after the awesomeness that is The Hating Game.

Too much fairytale dan akhir bahagia memang selalu jadi pakem buat buku-buku penulis, kan? Tapi entah kenapa, rasanya kehidupan Paige walaupun sulit setelah dipecat dari pekerjaannya masih terkesan mudah. Well, privileged did.

I know, orang patah hati, mengalami hari buruk, pasti butuh support, tapi aduh ini Paige kayaknya nggak bilang butuh support atau ingin dikepoin urusannya udah nyamber aja si Eva. Kayak nggak punya privasi tau, nggak. Ugh, jiwa introverku misuh2 bacanya

There is so much to love about this series.
The romances, the settings, the writing - but the absolute best part is the friendships between the girls, no doubt.
