The plot started off great, had a few hints towards the past and never gave too much away so you always wanted to know what actually happened. Then the whole ending of the plot came in the last twenty pages... seemed a little rushed, if you ask me. However, I do enjoy the author's writing style and it was a quick read.
Mmm, this was very mid for me. Nothing about it was particularly memorable, good or bad, and I honestly already forgot a lot of what happened.. oops.

this was probably my most anticipated release of 2021 and it definitely lived up to those expectations. it's the perfect sapphic dark academia thriller, i loved everything about it.

Book is cool, the entire story is attractive, kind of a juvenile thing but okay, i liked how the characters grew fond of each other but that ending, that's what really turned this book that could be a solid 3, to lower.
this book was ok. i enjoyed the witchy/paranormal themes of the story, but i wish it went even darker. the twist consisted of the last 60 pages and felt a little rushed. i liked the twist nonetheless. the first half of the book felt slow, but not slow enough to stop me from reading it. overall, i liked the vibe but wish it was darker
