"It is only the behaviour that matters, not the reasons for adopting it. Give people a reason and they may not supply the behaviour; but give people a behaviour and they'll have no problem supplying the reasons themselves."
slow-paced
Incredibly insightful but way too long for what it is.
The Dutch translation of the title is crap (something, something marketing), but otherwise this book is a very nice read. And I like the premise: magic is in, data is out. Filled with good examples on why that is, but also some very weak examples (poop stinks, that's why you remove it from your kitchen?! - trust me, you'll get it once you've read the book ;)). Great way out of this data filled, magic barren decade.

Entertaining in parts, with lots of anecdotes and casual references to scientific studies. It was an interesting topic for sure, but I found it hard to extract the information I wanted in an organised way.
