Interesting and well put together collection of breathing techniques that have a proven track record of success across a wide range of people.
There are a lot of positive take aways in this book and many techniques that can be easily adopted into a daily routine. As mentioned in the epilogue "You take your breath everywhere, so this can be practiced at anytime".
The seemingly light amount of scientific research into the different breathing practices is surprising given the huge amount of anecdotal evidence that has been observed over hundreds of years.
This book is a great introduction to improving ones breathing, accessible and easy to understand.
