I read this book while wearing a CGM and I found the tips helpful! Although it seems like a lot of the content is on her Instagram, it was nice to have it all in one place. The graphics and visuals were super helpful for my brain. A lot of it seems like obvious stuff (eat more veggies) but it kick started some good habits for me, and I definitely noticed improvement in glucose spikes when I ate some veggies at the start of my meal. I think the biggest thing is that it’s helped me be more mindful about what I’m eating but doesn’t seem to trigger disordered eating thoughts like calorie counting does. I haven’t particularly noticed a huge change in my energy levels and weight, but I’ll keep at it and see how it goes. A lot of the reviews call it hokey but there’s literally no harm in trying the tips and if they work then who cares?
I could do without hearing the words glucose goddess again though.
ETA: I forgot about all the evolution content since I usually just skim over them but she and I clearly disagree on that viewpoint.

Maybe I need to update my review after I’ve put her hacks into practice but I thought it was an interesting, fair well researched read. I do feel like there was a lot of anecdotal evidence which makes me wary although her Instagram following would suggest otherwise.
Any diet that tells me to cut all carbs is never going to work for me so I like how she says it’s not necessarily you need to cut carbs just that you need to eat them in the right way. That is much more doable and sustainable for the general population in my opinion.

a quick read and it's persuasive to me to control and manage the glucose range, and it might be better to recommend anyone.
