Phenomenal and painful read, but is an absolute must-read.

You’ll want to have a box of tissues handy and be sure you have someone to talk to when you’re done, because this is just such a wild ride that you won’t be able to not talk about it when you’re done.

If you have ever wanted to steal a neglected or abused child to get them help, this will absolutely make you feel like that.

This was incredibly well-written, heartbreaking, but so inspiring to continue fighting for something better, because it’s out there.

This story moves slow but it’s the shortest one - I promise if you push through you will be reading one of the most beautiful fantasy series that has ever been written.

To say that I am in love with Stephen King’s writing is to be very lighthearted and quick to the point, but I love his writing so much I have read almost everything he’s published, and I got married at The Stanley because it inspired The Shining, which is my all-time favorite story.

The Dark Tower is a journey of self-reflection, love, friendship, forgiveness, and sacrifice. This series has caused me to shed tears, be angry, root for true love, and beg for things to be different. It’s Meta in a way that isn’t narcissistic but intelligent, and it’s a mind-fuck for the ages.

There is damn-near nothing better than The Dark Tower. A journey I have made several times before, and will make several times again.

This is absolutely outside of Stephen King’s standard so if you typically aren’t a King fan, please try this!

It’s a standalone though it does connect with the rest of the King-verse, mainly The Dark Tower.

A fantastic fantasy read with a dog companion, I don’t know how anyone can dislike this tale. It has adventure, a princess, a kingdom in peril, and the element I think anyone who has ever loved an animal can connect to: the desire for them to be with us for longer than they are.

It’s truly touching and beautiful, and while it sets up for another story, I could just as easily be okay without one, because it wrapped up very well on itself.

A story I can’t get enough of. I’ve read The Talisman a couple of times and it is just as fun and adventurous as the first time I read it. This is one of those books that I wish I could experience again for the first time!

This is a book I will always re-read without thinking twice about it. There is something so enjoyable about perfectly orchestrated chaos, and King did a phenomenal job in the mapping of how society would break down in the event of a cataclysmic virus.

There are many characters to keep track of, but I loved them all (minus some very obvious exclusions).

A beautiful story that captivates me every time, a thrilling journey from beginning to end. M-O-O-N that spells thrilling!
