I am loving this series. This has been my favorite thus far.

Stephen King will always rank as one of my favorite authors. This book did not disappoint. Kept my attention for all 500+ pages.

2025 re-read. I had not touched this book in probably 15 years. Still just as devastating. I bawled my eyes out at the final line all over again. The brilliant rise and crippling fall of Charlie in less than a year was a shot to the heart.

Audible had a really terrible recording of this book.. but outside of the terrible quality it was overall an enjoyable book. I wish my therapist would be able to talk to me like she does. A little cursing here and there makes it feel less stuffy and brings the information down to a human level. Nothing earth shattering in the book, but did make me feel less like a fucking mess.

Very well written. Enjoyable audiobook.

The ending was more of what I was expecting from the author, but the beginning read a lot like a cheesy Hallmark movie.

Absolutely heartbreaking. Well read by Michelle Williams.
