My second book by this author and another 4⭐️ read.
It’s an easy read about a less easy subject, domestic violence.
I shall be working my way through this author’s back catalogue.
They are available on KU 🥳

Awful. Far fetched and farcical. I know it’s supposed to be a humorous Christmas book but, no, it just didn’t do it for me.

A quick easy read.
The FMC never stopped whining, don’t say I didn’t warn you 😀

This was okay but I think it being called a thriller is stretching it a bit 🙄

A sad story about a mother who who has been grieving the loss of a child for fifty years.
This tale was told in two points of view, Val a strange lady in her seventies and Rafe, her estranged son.

This had an interesting premise that kept me reading, despite the plodding in the middle. I knocked of a star as I didn’t like the ending. It left me wanting more.

It took me a while to get into this book. Eleanor takes some getting used to 😐 but one I did I very much enjoyed it.

I’m glad this was a short story. It was shit.

This was a fun read. An inside look at Social media influencers. Told in a dual POV with a whole host of unlikeable characters (which I loved) 😀
I would have read this in one sitting if work and life hadn’t kept getting in the way.
I dropped half a star as it dragged a little in places.
I shall be looking for more of this author’s thrillers.

This was okay, it didn’t get me in the feels the way his first book The Vanishing of Margaret Small did.
This was told with a dual timeline. 1989 and the present day. I preferred the 1989 timeline to the present.
There’s a mystery throughout it but once that was resolved it felt like it didn’t know how to end 🤷🏼‍♀️
