SYNOPSIS:
Zoey finds herself in a pickle. Now she not only finds herself having a vampyre fledging boyfriend and a human boyfriend she imprinted with, she's also dating a adult vampyre (who's also happens to be a teacher at her school). She's managed to make sworn enemies with the high (and most powerful) priestess ever at the house of night and her best friend Stevie Rae is a dead undead mess! Zoey can't tell her friends about Stevie Rae to protect them (and herself) from the high priestess so Zoey only has 1 person she can turn to, unfortunately that person happens to be the most hated girl in the school.
REVIEW:
It was a good read, right when it slowed down something occurred to make it speed up again. There was a few hot sexy scenes in the novel but nothing to over detailed (like fifty shades of gray). But if I may ask, what's up with all the typos? Every now and then you come across a word that throws off a whole sentence because its either spelled wrong or used incorrectly. I feel like they could have done a better job at editing it, I saw the same errors in the first to novels as well so for that I took off one star.

It was a good read, right when it slowed down something occurred to make it speed up again. There was a few hot sexy scenes in the novel but nothing to over detailed (like fifty shades of gray). REVIEW:
In this 4th installment in the House of Night series, Zoey finds herself with no boyfriends all though a delicious new transfer student catches her eye. In "Untamed" it is where the real action begins, instead of Zoey dealing with normal teenage drama, a real danger unfolds and it makes the novel much more exciting (not that I don't love the teen drama). Zoey finally fills the gang in the secrets she has been keeping from them for there safety and together they try to prevent an ancient evil from breaking free. The real excitement is about to begin and you are left with such an amazing cliff hanger that you are left craving for more!

When Victor finds out that this monster killed his youngest sibling and is threatened by the creature will Victor be able to destroy to what he gave life?
REVIEW:
Tis the Halloween season!!! This book is very interesting, the only reason I took off 2 stars is because it was so depressing at times! Yes the novel is amazing with a great morale to it but its mood was so morbid. Mary Shelley wrote this novel during the era where science exploded, she seemed to write the novel to say to scientists "Do what you want but do not play God or this might be your punishment". The character of Victor is so well developed and when you read his tale you feel as though he is right in front of you and personally telling you his tale of woe. Although the book is quite tragic it is filled with events that will keep a reader interested and sitting at the edge of their seat.

Now that Neferet has learned to raise the darkness will her she fulfill her wish to make war with the humans? Not if Zoey Redbird and her friends can help it!
REVIEW:
This book was amazing! I loved the ending (which I will not spoil for you). Not to mention on top of fighting off darkness little miss Zoey has gotten herself into some boy trouble again, this girl! It seems to be almost impossible to stick to only one boyfriend! But hey with 3 hot guys fighting for you, who can blame her? I really enjoyed this novel, P.C. and Kristin Cast make it a really nice teen read that almost any teenager would love! So much action and romance, this book seems to have a bit of everything. There are some parts of the novel that really touch your heart and the authors have a way of making you scream with joy or shed tears of a loss of a beloved character. I loved this novel and I can't wait to get my hands on Tempted! (Which is actually waiting for me on my bookshelf!! eep!)

REVIEW:
This book had so many good reviews that I was very excited to read but for some reason I felt like the book couldn't keep an enjoyable pace and I quickly lost interest and only rarely gained a bit back from time to time. I also think that maybe one retelling of the Persephone myth was enough for me and I got that little dose of it by reading Meg Cabot's "Abandon" and "Underworld". Although this tale was quite different it boils down to the same thing: Persephone myth, Gorgeous guys that are secretly evil, and girls getting sucked into some other worldly dimension. So I guess thats why I quickly got bored of it my brain kept saying "you pretty much read this story all ready" and it was not in the mood for another! So don't take it personally Miss Ashton but Meg Cabot beat you to the punch, in my case that is.

REVIEW:
In Tempted, the authors have added different perspectives. One chapter you'll be reading from our main protagonist, Zoey Redbird's point of view, the next your reading from the point of view from Rephaim, an antagonist who is also Kalona's son. At first the change was hard to get used to but I started to begin enjoying it because you can see how other characters are feeling and it begins to unravel the story more. You learn more about each of the characters when your able to see into their heads (although it's not necessarily told in first person).
This 6th installment in the series is more based on adventure more than anything as our favorite beloved Vampyres travel to Italy to confront the Council before its to late and Kalona and Neferet get to them first.
Although all of these books deal with Zoey's boy troubles I liked that in this book its not TO focused on that and more on the BIGGER problems at hand, it seems more realistic (As realistic as a vampyre novel can be anyway)

At first this novel started off slow for me but unlike the first one, it picked up pace and it was a great read! There was so much action and mystery going on at first spent by wondering who the predator is and when you find out that rush you feel along with Janie and Cabel when they go after him/her (not giving anything away!) This was a very quick read and it was also fun and it also comes with warning, stuff like this happens everyday in schools across the country that we are not aware of, it makes you realize that you need to watch out and keep eyes open at all time because no one is ever truly safe. But, on a lighter note, this novel was really good and I look forward to reading the next one.

She's about to find out.
REVIEW:
This book was SLOW and it hardly ever really picked up pace. Yes. It is a fast read. And No. It wasn't completely dull. There were some intense parts in this novel (which I don't want to spoil for you guys) and not mention a killer ending that gave it that extra star. It was even good enough that it made me want to pick up the next book because you want to know what happens next. There wasn't TO much of an external conflict going on, well not as much as within Janie herself. She doesn't want to be this THING that gets sucked into people's dreams. It prevents her from having a normal life, a life she wants. The struggle that Janie has within herself is what kept me from putting the book down. All in all it was an OK read but its that ending that really turned everything around for me, kinda like World War Z (the movie, haven't read the book).

This book was very interesting but it was the ending that completely sold me and turned it from a good book to a great one! Since I HATE spoilers I won't give anything away. Above all in this novel we see even deeper into the minds of Rephaim, Stevie Rae, Aphrodite, and Stark than in any of the previous novels. This novel also introduces a new (and very surprising) love story between two characters (that I will NOT mention) that the reader will either cheer for and love the romance blooming or it will be a complete flop and ruin a good piece of the book, either way I personally enjoyed it very much and am most excited to see what continues to happen between these two characters in the next novels. The main conflict (and the plot that takes up about 97% of the book) is Zoey being a shattered soul in Nyx's realm and most of it involves the main characters trying to save her from this impending doom. I really enjoyed this novel and can't wait to read "Awaken"
