Underwhelming- I expected more from it after loving Dr. Sims online content. Unfortunately it didn't seem relevant to me for the most part as a woman who is active and trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Definitely more geared toward the professional athlete.

Interesting but a lot of information to take in. This books definitely answers some questions I’ve had about my own weight loss and fitness journey and how “the science” simply doesn’t work for a female (particularly a slightly older female) body. As I said, a lot to grapple with but some potentially great takeaways. Marked down slightly because of writing style.

A great read! Loved how this book was focused on women's health and fitness. Women are not small men! I'm using some of the dietary and workout recommendations. I see myself coming back to this information again and again.

Some good information on hydration and nutrition. Too heavy of a focus on BS supplements and buzz phrases like “immune boosting.”
