Une romance très touchante, qui clos cette saga en beauté et est de loin mon tome préféré. Le personnage de Noah, central, est extrêmement correct et juste. Je vais sans doute la relire plusieurs fois...

I understand that Noah has quite a few issues but his confidence from books 1&2 seemed to be missing in this last instalment. Otherwise a good story. Ky might be gay but I think both men and women love him.

Was so looking forward to this book. I was a fan of the previous books....

Noah. He's just a character that I could not warm up to. I felt like he was too self-absorbed, too much of a drama queen, and frankly not very relatable. He didn't feel connected to the other men in the story (although the characters over the three books - with the exception of KY) are good friends.

KY - I liked him but I didn't like his back story. Too uh...misplaced.

His twin sisters - nope.

It's currently available via kindle unlimited but I wouldn't rush to read it...

Ky has lived in the closet to protect his sisters. Noah is still mourning the loss of his boyfriend Rick, blaming himself for things that he shouldn't and living by a one-and-done rule. Of course, when Noah convinces Ky to take part in a Bachelor auction for charity, a makeover is in order for the Texas surgeon.

The sparks flew between the two of them instantly and I could understand Ky's reasoning and fear. Noah's was a little more deep-seated and took the whole book to understand fully, but one you did, it made me like him even more. Of course, the big villain, Ky's step-father, was the epitome of ignorance and homophobia.

Overall, I loved this book and revisiting the characters from the first two was great, as well!

This was better than the last book. I liked Noah and Ky.

Noah has a lot of baggage from his relationship with Rick. So much so, he's really self-destructive at times. Then you have Ky, who has a bad past with his stepfather. Ky's trying to protect his sisters.

It took a long time to get to the story it felt like. We got a lot of Noah and his dramatics, Ky and his resistance to Noah and it honestly started to get old. I started to just want it over. However, in saying that, once Ky went to TX and the story started to move, it got better.

I have to say though, I was irritated by the epilogue. I felt like it wasn't really great closure for them considering the series is over.

Oh my god it was SOOOOO good. My heart is just bursting and it was definitely worth the wait. I won't lie I just about died when I went on to amazon on it's release day and found out this was also a Kindle Unlimited book, because hello I'm poor and need to spend less on books. Honestly, this coming to Australia finally has brightened my life and the fact that this book and then tomorrow Downed also comes out on KU it's giving me such happy vibes. Anyway, the book.

I knew it would be a little sad reading Noah's story when we first met him in book one, but I honestly didn't realise quite how messed up this guy was. There's a few bits in this where he explains his previous sexual encounters that may be a little triggering, because as you'll know if you've read others in this series, Noah is a pretty damaged and needs some help but he'd rather drink and have sex than fix himself. There was a whole lot of him punishing himself for Ricks death which was truly heartbreaking, but even more so was the fact he was so quick to think his mistakes would make those around him hate him or leave him. He's truly messed up and it is a bit like a train wreck, but I'm so glad it all worked out like it did because it was just really beautiful and I'm so happy right now I don't think I'll be able to sleep... and it's 1am. Damn.

3.5 stars. It was an okay read. A bit slow at times. A bit rushed at other times. Noah has always been a bit annoying and he still is... at times. But we also learn why he had adopted the shallow, happy-go-lucky, snappy Easter Bunny persona. And it is nice to know he has some depth as well.
A lot of threads was ended... mostly just in a line or two and I think the author managed to couple everyone up with someone. The first book was definitely the best, the second... well the second best, but this was a worthy ending of a fave series.

It was okay mostly but the parts that pissed me off? They pissed me off good. So, 2 stars.
