Very interesting read about different breathing techniques, but I think at times over emphasises the importance of breathing over other health aspects

I read it like a covert comparative religion book that was resisting its own premise. In that way, it’s quite satisfying. Although,!sometimes it was difficult to read because I kept matching my breathing as I read to the breathing described. On the whole: a good read for stressful times!

Interesting information but occasionally too slow or vague to implement the breathing practices investigated
informative inspiring

Sometimes it's the simple solutions that work. We want complex fixes in life, and what I'm realizing is that we are over complicating very basic issues.

Pretty silly overall, but sincere and has some interesting breathing practices. Audiobook was good

Quackery in his claims.
informative medium-paced

Nestor’s personal experience with breath work and scientific evidence are compelling. The testing he went through to determine breath quality and its effects on mental health, asthma, allergies, etc. offers depth of consideration for readers to engage with similar interventions.
I did find his work lacked interaction with criticism and alternative study findings. Nevertheless, I would recommend reading for those interested in more Eastern methods to incorporate in wellness treatments.
