Sometimes it's the simple solutions that work. We want complex fixes in life, and what I'm realizing is that we are over complicating very basic issues.

Pretty silly overall, but sincere and has some interesting breathing practices. Audiobook was good

Quackery in his claims.
informative medium-paced

Nestor’s personal experience with breath work and scientific evidence are compelling. The testing he went through to determine breath quality and its effects on mental health, asthma, allergies, etc. offers depth of consideration for readers to engage with similar interventions.
I did find his work lacked interaction with criticism and alternative study findings. Nevertheless, I would recommend reading for those interested in more Eastern methods to incorporate in wellness treatments.

Feels like a LOT of pseudoscience in regards to the modern applications and suggestions, but the historical precedents and accounts in the book are interesting enough on their own.
