Read right after The Circadian Code and put it down because it was so bad by comparison.

Quite fascinating stuff. I am a sucker for “personality tests” but so much of this made sense to me. Tried out the optimal schedule for a Bear for a while and it definitely agreed with me. A good read to pick up if you’re into science and productivity; after you learn your chronotype you can pick and choose which sections you’re into learning about.

This is a very useful book. Not only was it validating to see that no, I'm not lazy because I'm useless until 10 AM at the very earliest, I'm just a "wolf" and perfectly suited for the last shift of the day.

Breus includes so much helpful information and useful tips on when is the best time to take advantage of your biological clock. I'm already beginning to experiment with this in my daily life. But I have a sneaking suspicion of what I've known all along but now have the tools and research to back up - I just need to live my life by my innate schedule for increased creativity and productivity.

Lots of good suggestions to manage your time better. I do feel like some of it was repetitive and could have just been listed in a simple chart and been done. Some of it is already helping me manage night school, so that's a win!

I didn't expect to get as much out of this book as I did.  Learning about the four chronotypes (Lion, Dolphin, Bear, and Wolf) was fascinating.  As a Wolf (night owl), I've tried a few of the recommended suggestions and can already feel the difference in my daily schedule.

The author goes into a lot of detail about many topics, which can get somewhat repetitious.  However, you don't have to read everything in the book to get what you need.

I don't know what to really say about this book. On the one hand I hand I have changed my daily schedule to as close I as practically can to the one prescribed for Dolphins in this book and it has actually had a huge impact. In the last two weeks I am the least tired and groggy than I've been in the last 10 years. So that is amazing! Genuinely amazing!

The problem I have with this book is that while the science is interesting and makes sense, I do wish he'd not chosen to give such silly names the the 4 types (Dolphin, Wolf, Bear or Lion). I keep trying to tell my friends about this but you sound so ridiculous when you say "I'm a Dolphin."

You also only honestly need to read the first couple of chapters! Everything you need to know is there... the other 90% of the book is the same thing repeated over and over again.

I'd actually recommend just researching this online rather than spending £10 on this book. It looks like it was pretty heavily promoted, so there is plenty of information out there for free! Or just borrow it from a Library!

Not crazy about it (I'm a dolphin...I think? The dolphin's schedule was WAY too complicated), but helpful for principles.
