This book is written for women. Which was a bit tricky for me as I’m genderqueer. It was, however, completely worth the effort to translate some of the gendered language into something I could work with.

The stories and exercises are all incredibly helpful. And the writing was delightful, with a perfect amount of humor, quirkiness, and insight.

I highly recommend this book to anyone who was raised as female.

The writing style wasn't my cup o' tea. Having just finished It's On Me: Accept Hard Truths, Discover Your Self, and Change Your Life by Sara Kuburic, which I loved, I could not get into this one.
